Refund policy

Digital guides
The Ageless Blueprint is a downloadable product. You have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided you have not started the download. Once the download begins, the purchase is non-refundable, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a file is faulty or fails to download, email info@leahtotton.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Cosmetic Consultation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked time by emailing info@leahtotton.com. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are not refunded. If Dr Leah has to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Discount codes
The £39.99 consultation code is for customers who have bought The Ageless Blueprint. It may be used once per customer and has no cash value.

Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
