The Ageless Blueprint
What is The Ageless Blueprint?
A digital guide in which Dr Leah Totton rates popular cosmetic treatments: what works, what to skip, and where she would spend money at different ages and budgets. It is written from 14 years in aesthetic medicine and tens of thousands of patient consultations.
Is the guide independent?
Yes. Dr Leah has no brand deals, receives nothing from any product or treatment she rates, and does not recommend any clinic in the guide. The ratings are her own clinical opinion.
How much is it and how do I receive it?
£39.99, or £34.99 during the launch offer. It is a PDF delivered instantly after payment: a download link appears on your order page and arrives by email, and it stays in your account so you can download it again.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer.
Can I share it with a friend?
The guide is licensed to you for personal use. Please don’t share, copy, forward or resell it. If a friend would find it useful, send them to this site.
Can I get a refund?
Because the guide is delivered immediately, it is not refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires it. If something has gone wrong with your download, email us and we will put it right.
Does the guide replace seeing a doctor?
No. It gives general information to help you decide what to ask about. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you. For advice specific to your face and skin, book a consultation.
Cosmetic Consultation
What happens in a Cosmetic Consultation?
A 40-minute one-to-one video call with Dr Leah to discuss your concerns and goals. Afterwards you receive a personalised written cosmetic treatment plan, including recommended treatments, timing and estimated costs, which you can take to any cosmetic provider.
How much is it?
£150. If you have bought The Ageless Blueprint, you get £39.99 off with the code at the back of the guide, for four months from your purchase. Book using the same email address you used to buy the guide.
Where does the consultation take place?
Online, by video, wherever you are. Times are shown in UK time when you book, and the video link arrives by email before the call.
Can I book from outside the UK?
Yes. Dr Leah consults with clients internationally. Choose a time that suits you; the booking page shows times in your own time zone.
What do I need to send before the call?
After booking you will be asked by email for a short summary of your main skin concern, your current skincare, medical history, medications and allergies, and a clear photograph of the area. Reply to that email with the details and Dr Leah reviews them before your call.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Reply to your booking email and we will rearrange it.
Do I have to have treatment at Dr Leah Clinics?
No. The written plan is yours to take to any provider you choose. The consultation is independent of the clinics.
In-clinic consultations
Can I see Dr Leah in person?
Yes. Dr Leah is Medical Director of Dr Leah Clinics and consults and treats in person at the London (Baker Street) and Essex (Loughton) clinics. In-clinic consultations are booked directly with the clinic from the link on the consultation page, and are provided and priced by the clinic.
Does the £39.99 guide credit apply in clinic?
Yes. Book using the same email address you used to buy the guide and enter your discount code at the clinic’s checkout. Valid for four months from purchase of the guide.
Business consultancy and coaching
Who is business consultancy for?
Founders, business owners and senior professionals in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare and consumer brands, including established businesses adding aesthetics to what they offer. Dr Leah advises from her own experience of founding, scaling and selling a multimillion-pound business. Sessions are by video, in the UK and internationally.
What is Success Coaching for Women?
Private one-to-one coaching and mentorship for women who want more from their personal and professional lives. Enquire through the coaching page and the team will reply with how it works, availability and fees.
Can I book Dr Leah to speak?
Yes. Dr Leah speaks at conferences, corporate events and industry panels. For paid speaking enquiries, email info@leahtotton.com.

Who is Dr Leah Totton?
A British medical doctor and cosmetic doctor, winner of BBC’s The Apprentice in 2013, and founder of Dr Leah Clinics, which she built with Lord Sugar and sold in 2024. MBBS (Distinction), Diploma in Dermatology, GMC registration 7135528.
Is this site the same as Dr Leah Clinics?
No. LeahTotton.com is Dr Leah’s own site for her guides, video consultations, business consultancy and coaching. Dr Leah Clinics is a separate business where she is Medical Director. In-clinic bookings are made with the clinic.
